All reservations are made exclusively on our website and we require payment to block a time slot. You can pay by Credit Card or Paypal. Nevertheless, 7 days a week, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., you can go to the store to reserve a game.

YES. You can change your reservation. In accordance with our general conditions of sale, the modification of the schedule must be made 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation must be done 96 hours in advance, in accordance with our general conditions of sale. After this deadline, we will advise you on changing your reservation if the request is made 48 hours before the time of your game session. After 48 hours, your reservation will no longer be modifiable. But sometimes Game Masters can be very nice.

A Gift Card is valid for 11 months from the date of purchase. After this period the card is no longer eligible. However, a request for an extension of an additional 6 months is possible. To do this, you must express this wish within three months of the expiry date and accept a flat-rate reduction of €10 incl. tax in the amount of the card.Example: a card purchased on January 1st is valid until the following December 1st. It is possible to request an extension until March 1st. If the request is made on February 15, the new validity date will be August 15 N+1.

No problem changing the number of players: – If on D-Day you come with a greater number of players, you will have to pay the difference on the spot. – If on D-Day you come with a lower number of players, we will send you a voucher the day after your game! Attention, the maximum number of participants per room is 6 or 7!

Each room has a maximum capacity of 7 participants, no exceptions can be made. Price is calculated per room, not per total number of players in the group.So, for 8 people, you have to take a room for 4 and a room for 4, etc.

When placing your order, if your reservation takes place in more than 4 days, you can opt for shared payment.Select this option and go to the sharing page. You will then have to pay your share (or +) and share the link with your friends. They will then have 48 hours to reach the minimum blocking amount of the reservation. There is no adequate physical fitness for our escape rooms. You don't have to force or twist yourself... So even when you're pregnant, you can come and play.

Each scenario has three levels of difficulty: BEGINNER - ADVANCED - EXPERT The scenarios are made to suit everyone, and the differences in levels are regulated by the Game Master who will help you more or less.Each of our missions appeals for different reasons. So here is some additional information about each scenario: – Diamond of the Leone Family: if you have never done an Escape Room, this room is perfect for you! It takes up the classic codes by adding the little Privacy Escape touch.Perfect for families, novices, EVG / EVJF, and Team Building. - Le Bureau du Voyageur: the session breaking the classic codes of the Escape Game (without being able to tell you why). No, but people with heart problems, claustrophobics or those prone to discomfort should inform the Game Masters If, however, you are looking for a creepy atmosphere and want to test your fear, opt for the Zombie room, we will be happy to scare you :))

The whole experience lasts about 1h30. Time to arrive, to be briefed, to play, then to be debriefed, and take the souvenir photo. The time will pass very quickly!You must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.

For reasons of comprehension and impressionability, Privacy Escape Game has scenarios suitable for adults, and others for children. The choice is yours!
